RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days after the parcel arrives. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

Please Note

  • Installed or attempted-to-be-installed products cannot be returned. 
  • Custom products (with modifications from stock options) cannot be returned.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging. 
  • We kindly ask you to assess your assembly skills before placing an order. All our products are easy to assemble, but if you encounter difficulties during the assembly process, we recommend considering the assistance of a handyman to help you complete it. Please pay additional attention to DIY kits. They require basic maintenance skills. If you don't have tools or any assembling experience, we highly recommend you order the main type of the product.
  • Do not start the assembly process before reading the manuals! If your manual is absent,t please write us at help@wheelsfeels.com. We'll send you a PDF copy promptly.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item (it should be the same as you get it), we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
