We ship our products worldwide. Free shipment in the USA. If you need shipment to another country, please write your address to help@wheelsfeels.com and we provide you with exact terms. You can see the estimated shipping time on the card.
We will send your items with UPS. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number after your order has been shipped.
You can pick up an order when it is ready by yourself at our warehouse in Houston, Texas (11430 Bissonnet Street, Unit D8/D20, 77099).
If you receive a message that your order was delivered, but you couldn’t find it, please check the area around the house (porch, garage, doors, mailbox, mail room, etc.). Ask your neighbors and colleagues if they have received your order for you.
Customs/duties fees are not included in the price of shipping and are paid by the customer.
If the parcel is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for the safety of the goods during transit.
